Ongoing Bid Support

Most contractors don't lose bids. They never see them, or they see them four days before the deadline.

Monitoring
$950/mo
Bid Support
$2,750/mo
Included bids
One a month
Notice
30 days

Registration and certification put you on the list. They do not put you in front of the solicitation. Opportunities publish across SAM.gov, Cal eProcure, county and city portals, school district and transit sites — each on its own schedule, each with its own amendments.

Two tiers, because the work is different

Monitoring, $950 a month — we watch your agencies, screen what appears, tell you which are worth chasing and why, and track the deadlines. No bid writing.

Bid Support, $2,750 a month — all of the above, and we write and submit one complete bid package a month, up to 15 hours of production. Anything larger is quoted before we start.

Why bid / no-bid screening matters more than volume

Chasing everything is how small firms burn a year with nothing to show. A solicitation you can't meet on bonding, past performance or licensing is not an opportunity, and knowing that on day one is worth more than a longer list.

Questions

What people ask about bid support.

What does monitoring actually cover?

The agencies you're registered with — federal, state, county, city, school district and transit — plus amendments to anything you're tracking.

What is bid / no-bid screening?

A recommendation with reasons: can you meet the requirements, is the incumbent entrenched, does the scope fit your NAICS and past performance.

What happens if two good bids land in one month?

The second is quoted separately. We tell you the number before any work starts.

Is there a contract?

Month to month, 30 days' notice. We'd rather earn it monthly.

Can I start with monitoring and upgrade later?

That's what most clients do. The first time a solicitation you want lands, you'll know whether you have time to write it.
