Global Economic Research Consulting (GERC) is a woman-owned research and government-contracting advisory firm in San Bernardino, California. We take small businesses, nonprofits and public agencies from unregistered to under contract, doing the hands-on work with them: completing registrations, preparing and submitting certification applications, writing the bids and grant proposals.
