How we work
We work directly for agencies or as a subconsultant to your engineering team. Your engineers provide the scope, cost estimates and schedule. We turn them into a scored application and a defensible BCA.

Can a small city or water district compete for federal grants?
Yes. Many programmes set aside funds for rural or smaller applicants and give extra points to first-time applicants. A strong BCA and a clear narrative matter more than size.
What does grant writing cost?
It depends on the programme and whether a BCA is needed. We quote a fixed fee after reviewing the NOFO and your project.
