Most small firms do not have a growth problem. They have a pipeline problem — no reliable process for finding opportunities, deciding which to chase, and converting them.
We build that process, with a particular focus on public sector revenue: contracts, grants and agency work that small businesses routinely leave on the table because nobody showed them the route in.
What we do
- Opportunity identification. Finding the contracts, solicitations and funding your business is actually eligible for, across federal, state and local sources.
- Bid and pursuit strategy. Which opportunities are worth your time, and which are a polite way of losing three weeks.
- Market positioning. How your business is described, and to whom, so that the right buyers recognise you.
- Capability and credential development. The registrations, certifications and documents that make you eligible and credible.
- Partnership and teaming strategy. Where you are too small to prime, being the subcontractor primes actively need.
- Growth planning. A written plan with sequence and priorities, rather than a list of aspirations.
The public sector route
Government is the largest customer most small businesses never approach. It buys consistently, pays reliably, and actively sets aside work for small and certified firms — but it will not find you unless you are registered, coded and findable.
That is the compliance floor: SAM.gov, Cal eProcure, and the certifications that carry preference. We handle it and then build the pipeline on top.
Who this suits
- Established businesses with no public sector revenue and no idea where to start
- Firms that registered somewhere once and have heard nothing since
- Businesses winning work inconsistently, with no repeatable process behind it
- Owners doing business development themselves, in the evenings, badly, because there is nobody else
Common questions
Is this sales?
No. We do not sell on your behalf or take commission. We build the process, the positioning and the materials, and identify the opportunities. The relationships are yours.
How is it priced?
Fixed fees for defined scopes. We do not take a percentage of contract value.
How long before we see results?
Registration and certification take weeks to months depending on the route. Pipeline takes longer. Anyone promising you contracts in thirty days is not being straight with you.
Where we work
We deliver nationwide, remotely. Federal registrations, federal and foundation grants, and proposal work are not tied to geography — most of our engagements never require anyone to be in the same room.
In California we work across Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County and the wider Inland Empire, plus San Diego, Ventura and the Central Valley. State-specific programmes such as Cal eProcure and California SB certification are, by definition, California only — everything else travels.
Our office is in downtown San Bernardino. See all service areas.
