Government Contracting, Grants, and Research Consulting Services
Getting government work has two halves: becoming eligible, and then winning. GERC handles both. We register businesses and nonprofits as vendors at the federal, state, county, and local level, respond to the solicitations that follow, and pursue grant funding for organizations that need capital rather than contracts. Underneath that sits the research and strategy work that tells you which opportunities are worth chasing in the first place.
Our work is organized into seven areas. Most clients start in one and grow into others.
01.
Government Contracting & Vendor Registration
Before an agency can pay you, your business has to exist correctly in its system. We complete the registrations, build the profiles, and keep them current so you are findable and eligible when a buyer goes looking.
- SAM.gov registration and UEI assistance
- Cal eProcure registration
- SBA profile support and DSBS profile setup
- City, county, school district, airport, and public-agency vendor registration
- Certification assistance
- Government contracting readiness
- Registration renewals and compliance support

02.
Government Proposals & Bid Support
Registration makes you eligible. A response wins the work. We identify the solicitations worth your time, read them the way an evaluator will, and build the response around what the agency actually asked for.
- Bid opportunity research
- Solicitation review
- RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses
- Government proposal writing
- Capability statements
- Proposal strategy

03.
Grants & Funding
For organizations that need funding rather than a contract. We identify the programs you are competitive for, write the application, and build a funding calendar so pursuit is planned rather than reactive.
