We help agencies apply for Caltrans SB 1 grants, including programs run by the California Transportation Commission. Senate Bill 1, the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017, created steady state funding for California transportation, independent of the federal timeline. Several of its competitive programmes are run by the California Transportation Commission (CTC) with Caltrans. Many of these programmes ask for a benefit-cost analysis, commonly using Caltrans’ Cal-B/C model.
