Payment Terms

These terms explain how payment works for services you buy from Global Economic Research Consulting (GERC) on this website. Full prices are listed on our Bid Writing & Bid Support and Work With Us & Pricing pages.

How you pay

  • Packages up to $1,500 are paid in full at checkout.
  • Packages over $1,500 are paid 70% at checkout. The remaining 30% is due before we submit your bid or deliver the final work. We send you a secure payment link for the balance.
  • Consulting engagements (certifications such as SBA 8(a) and DBE, and other custom projects) have their deposit and balance set case by case, confirmed in your written engagement letter before any work starts. The checkout terms above apply to packages bought online.
  • Prices marked “from” are starting prices. We confirm your final price in writing before any work starts; if the confirmed scope is higher, the difference is added to your balance.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout.

Notice periods for bids

  • State & local bids: 30+ days before the due date (easy $1,250, complex $1,950), 7–29 days (emergency $2,500), under 7 days (rush $2,750).
  • Federal bids: Early = 14 or more days before the due date; Rush = under 14 days.
  • The notice period is measured from the day we receive your complete solicitation documents and payment.

Bid monitoring

Bid monitoring is $950 per month, billed month to month. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice.

What we need from you

To meet your deadline, we need the solicitation, any addenda, and the information and documents we request, as early as possible. Bids cannot be submitted until the balance is paid.

No refunds

All payments, including deposits, balances and monthly fees, are non-refundable once paid. This applies even if a solicitation is cancelled or postponed by the agency; any work we have prepared is delivered to you to reuse. Please review your written quote before paying.
